While we strive to keep all information up-to-date, all displayed products are HAND-Made-To-Order, Please allow 1-2 weeks for production FOR A TRUE-TO-SIZE FIT
we'll ask your MEASUREMENTS after purchasing by email you provided us during checkout time

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are listed in USD currency
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods.
We accept: credit/debit cards, APPLE PAY, GPAY.

5. Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks for production after individual measurement confirmation from each client.
Delivery times depend on destination
Shipping cost fee is included in price.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs procedures (for international shipments).

6. Refund and Return Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, items must not be dispatched.
If you made purchase by accident and need a refund for some reason - contact us as soon as possible, and ask for the refund.
each item made-by-order and fully handmade. After you send us your measurements - you automatically confirm, that you understand the time of productions, costs of productions and shipping, and it can not be refunded once item is sent to you.
if applicable, Refunds will be issued to the original payment method same working day.
Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless faulty.
